 Las asociaciones en defensa de la 'memoria histórica' impulsarán hoy su lucha para la búsqueda de desaparecidos en diversos frentes, y para ello acudirá a las sedes del Defensor del Pueblo, al Tribunal Constitucional y a la de Presidencia del Gobierno, según anunció ayer el abogado Fernando Magán, que las representa en las causas judiciales abiertas para la localización de las fosas de represaliados en la Guerra Civil.

DERECHO A LA INTIMIDAD
Solicitan ayuda al Defensor del Pueblo al entender que la divulgación de los datos de los desaparecidos supone una vulneración del derecho a la intimidad.

Por último, se presentarán en La Moncloa para recordar al presidente del Gobierno, José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, que aún no ha contestado a un requerimiento que le realizaron el pasado 7 de julio para la creación de una Comisión Nacional de Búsqueda de Desaparecidos, que estiman en torno a las 156.000 personas.
La causa abierta contra Garzón en el Tribunal Supremo se encuentra pendiente de que el magistrado instructor del caso, Luciano Varela decida, tras haber concluido la realización de diversas pruebas, si finalmente procede penalmente contra el juez o archiva la causa. En el primero de los casos, el procesamiento de Garzón, obligaría al Consejo General del Poder Judicial (CGPJ) a debatir si debe ser suspendido en sus funciones de forma cautelar.
